In 2011, while managing complex transport operations, Oleh faced constant issues: over 60% of managerial effort was spent on coordination with carriers.
Oleh partnered with software engineer Denys to structure this process into a system instead of manual work.
90% of manual coordination across phone calls, emails, spreadsheets and data exchange was eleminated within one month when the first version of the platform was introducted into live operations.
Since then, the platform has evolved through real-world use, serving enterprise clients in Ukraine under the Sovtes brand name. This operational and technical experience now informs Phleetto’s approach to the UK and European markets.
